Your Responsibilities:

  • Support efforts to

    simplify, protect and enhance

    the customer experience.
  • Use various tools to

    investigate

    incidents, take immediate action, or recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with customer engineering teams to

    maintain endpoint health and improve the security landscape

  • Utilize and maintain expertise in

    Security toolsets

    , including

    [Proofpoint. ServiceNow, Microsoft Defender MDE

  • Ensure compliance with

    ITIL

    , endpoint standards, policies, and procedures.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with

    3+ years of experience

    in software support.
  • Experience in

    customer relations

    and technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of

    endpoint security

    and protecting corporate desktops.
  • Familiarity with

    endpoint incident and event monitoring solutions

    .
  • Ability to communicate

    effectively in English

    (both written and verbal).
  • Willingness to work

    flexible shifts

    to align with customer escalations or provide

    on-call support

    .
  • Experience with

    Endpoint Management Solutions

    and ITIL processes.
