Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)

- Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP)

- Understanding of ITSM tools (like ServiceNow, Jira)

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to follow SOPs and checklists


JD:-

  • First-Level Technical Support
  • Knowledge on O365 and Windows installation
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Provide support for login issues, printer problems, and basic application errors.
  • Respond to user-reported issues via ticketing systems, email, or phone.
  • Perform regular updates and patches on operating systems (especially Windows).
  • Create, modify, and delete user accounts in Active Directory or similar systems.
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Log incidents, resolutions, and system changes in ticketing systems.
  • Maintain records of hardware/software inventory and support activities
  • Coordinate with vendors or senior IT staff for unresolved problems.
