Desktop Support Engineer

As an L1 Desktop Support Engineer at our company located in Jewar, you will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, and troubleshooting issues related to computer hardware. Your day-to-day tasks will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of desktop systems and managing hardware efficiently. - Provide 24/7 support for Incident, Change, and Problem Management related to critical infrastructure. - Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and enhance system reliability. - Conduct daily system checks and monitoring to uphold infrastructure uptime. - Maintain accurate documentation of operational procedures. - Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and industry regulations. - Demonstrate basic awareness of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. - Possess knowledge of desktop systems, operating systems, printers, LAN/WAN, and WiFi. - Proficiency in desktop computers and computer hardware. - Strong technical support and printer support skills. - Effective troubleshooting abilities. - Prior experience in IT support roles. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Outstanding communication skills. - Possession of relevant certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications. - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.,
