Job Description

Role Overview: As a First-Level Technical Support, your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and network problems, providing support for login issues, printer problems, and basic application errors, and responding to user-reported issues via ticketing systems, email, or phone. You will also be expected to perform regular updates and patches on operating systems, create, modify, and delete user accounts in Active Directory or similar systems. Key Responsibilities: - Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) - Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP) - Understanding of ITSM tools (like ServiceNow, Jira) - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to follow SOPs and checklists Qualifications Required: - Knowledge on O365 and Windows installation - Experience in logging incidents, resolutions, and system changes in ticketing systems - Ability to maintain records of hardware/software inventory and support activities - Coordination skills to work with vendors or senior IT staff for unresolved problems.,
