Job Title: Zscaler Implementation Subject Matter Expert (SM E)Location: Any Birlasoft locati onExperience Level: 8+ yea rs Job Summa ry:We are seeking a highly skill ed Zscaler Implementation SME to lead the deployment, operation, and optimization of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Digital Experience (Z DX) across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud security, zero trust architecture, and policy managem ent, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing suppo rt. Key Responsibilit ies:Deploy and configure Zscaler solut ions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) across enterprise netwo rks.Monitor and ope rate Zscaler services, ensuring integration health and alerting teams for remediat ion.Implement and update security poli cies for web filtering, access control, and threat protect ion.Manage critical cha nges in Zscaler configurations, ensuring compliance with security standa rds.Optimize ZDX for digital experience monito ring, troubleshooting performance iss ues.Automate onboarding proce sses, including adding new users and applicati ons.Design and manage Zscaler RBAC r oles, customization, and SSO integra t ion.Prov ide white-glove sup port to Zscaler early adopt ers.Implement and maintain change release proce sses for rolling out updates to Zscaler production environme nts.Maint ain documenta tion to support Zscaler adopters and ensure compliance with best practi ces.Monitor Zscaler compon ents, ensuring alignment with vendor recommendati ons.Stay up-to-date with the latest Zscaler feature set and security enhanceme nts.Support developers in building CI/CD pipel ines that integrate Zscaler APIs for security automat ion.Facilit ate integration eff orts with downstream reporting tools by provisioning and maintaining service accounts and API catal ogs. Required Skills & Qualific ations:8+ years of exp erience in deploying Zscaler solutions across enterprise enviro nments.Strong knowle dge of cloud security pri ncipl es and zero trust archi t ecture.Experienc e with automatio n tools and scripting languages (Python, Terraform, etc.).Expert ise in network security, access control, and policy enfo r cement.Exc ellent communication and problem-solving skills.Abil ity to collaborate with cross-functiona l teams and drive Zscaler ad option. Preferred Qualifi cations:Prior experience worki ng with large-scale ent erprises implementing Zscaler so lutions.Certificat ions in cloud secu rity or Zscaler p latform.Experi ence in incident response and security mo nitoring using Zscaler.
