Being a responsible person of CRM department, you should be aware and updated of new products, divisions.
As the Toll free number and landline will be given in advertisements, CRM will be responsible for first point of contact to the customer; therefore CRM telecallers have to attend all calls and then take action on that call whether it need to be forwarded to other division, or need to be closed by CRM itself. Must understand the need of customer very patiently and politely. It will be your first duty to update the customer about any division/product/scheme/discount/offer & then forward it to the specific department.
Above all given responsibilities will be followed by you routinely and regularly and you will adhere to all company policies and procedures.
