Job Description

You will be working as a Customer Care Executive for the voice process at Apollo Tele Health Services. Your role will involve identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching each issue, and providing solutions. You will be required to follow communication scripts, build sustainable relationships with customers, and engage them by going the extra mile. Additionally, you must keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensive manner and coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Identify customers" needs, clarify information, research each issue, and provide solutions. - Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. - Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. - Keep records of all conversations in the call center database. - Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth service to customers. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a Customer Support role. - Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening. - Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. - Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively. - Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts for males (no night shift for female candidates). - Good typing skills and self-transportation. Please note that excellent command over English and Hindi with fluency is mandatory for this role. Previous customer support experience is preferable.,
