Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat support to resolve customer queries promptly.
• Guide customers through the usage of our Health’s app and services (OPD plans, health plans, teleconsultation, etc.).
• Address complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Claims, Tech) to resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on new offerings, promotions, and features of Visit Health.
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets on response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve processes and services.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Healthcare, Business, or related fields).
• 0.6 yrs - 2+ years of experience in Customer Service / Customer Support (healthcare experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written & verbal).
• Strong problem-solving skills with empathy and patience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital applications. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
