Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer support via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Enter order and parcel details into our system
• Provide real-time tracking updates to customers
• Book parcel collections with local couriers for pickup
• Manage incoming customer enquiries and escalate issues when needed
• Assist in basic backend tasks and coordination with warehouses
• Increasing Online presence and Bringing more Clients via Online channels

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English + Hindi)
• Good with Computers (Excel, Google Sheets, Email)
• Experience in International logistics is required
• Quick learner and problem solver
• Must be reliable and punctual

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
