Job Summary

This entry-level position is designed for fresh graduates who want to kickstart their career in compliance coordination and stakeholder communication. You will gain hands-on exposure to U.S. licensing processes, documentation, and collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities

Shadow senior coordinators to learn licensing workflows.
Assist in creating and updating Excel trackers with license details.
Observe and gradually take part in email communication with U.S. teams.
Help compile required documents and perform quality checks for accuracy.
Support internal reporting activities by sharing daily/weekly status updates.
Take ownership of small administrative tasks and grow into independent responsibilities over time.

Required Skills

Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Strong written and spoken English
; comfortable interacting with global teams.
Basic to intermediate Excel skills (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP – a plus).
Self-motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role.
Comfortable with a U.S. shift schedule (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
