Job Summary

This entry-level position is designed for fresh graduates who want to kickstart their career in compliance coordination and stakeholder communication. You will gain hands-on exposure to U.S. licensing processes, documentation, and collaboration tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Shadow senior coordinators to learn licensing workflows.
  • Assist in creating and updating Excel trackers with license details.
  • Observe and gradually take part in email communication with U.S. teams.
  • Help compile required documents and perform quality checks for accuracy.
  • Support internal reporting activities by sharing daily/weekly status updates.
  • Take ownership of small administrative tasks and grow into independent responsibilities over time.


Required Skills

  • Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • Strong written and spoken English

    ; comfortable interacting with global teams.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP – a plus).
  • Self-motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role.
  • Comfortable with a U.S. shift schedule (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
