Customer Support Specialist (Night Shift)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping customers, is a great communicator, and is comfortable working a night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using Canva and familiar with social media marketing.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Work Schedule

• This is a night shift position.
