About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Hindi-speaking Telecaller to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our software solutions, and building strong client relationships. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
• Handle inbound queries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer concerns.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets set by the team.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales records.
• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into active customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Requirements (Key Qualifications):

• Strong communication skills in Hindi (required).
• Freshers or candidates with experience in software sales are welcome.
• Ability to convince customers and handle objections effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools preferred).
• Positive attitude, team player, and result-oriented.
