Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves engaging with customers through various communication channels, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and collaborating with other teams to improve customer experience and product quality.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
