Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via calls, emails, and chat to understand their travel requirements.
• Prepare detailed and customized travel itineraries as per client needs.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and service providers to ensure smooth booking and confirmations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional support.
• Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and packages to assist clients better.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous working experience in a

  Travel Agency (Itinerary preparation & customer handling)

  is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and packages.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools/software (if any).
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage customer expectations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum

  1–3 years of experience

  in customer support or itinerary preparation within the travel industry.
• Passion for travel and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
