Graduate in any discipline (preferably commerce or finance background)1-5 years of experience in fraud analysis, BPO operations, dispute handling, or banking operationsStrong analytical and investigative skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentFamiliarity with banking regulations and card dispute processes (Visa, MasterCard) is a plusProficient with MS Excel and relevant case management tools
