Position: Customer Care Executive US Voice Process

About the Role:

We are hiring experienced professionals for our US Voice Process. The role involves handling international customer calls, resolving queries, and delivering excellent service. This is an opportunity to work with a leading BPO and grow your career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls for US clients.

Resolve customer queries promptly and accurately.

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.

Adhere to call handling targets, productivity, and performance metrics.

Work effectively in a rotational shift environment.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate/Graduate (any discipline).

Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process (mandatory).

Excellent English communication skills (C2 level).

Ability to work 5 days a week (rotational shifts).

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: 50,000 CTC - 60,000 CTC.

No cabs and meals provided.
