Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Handle international voice process calls with a focus on providing timely resolutions and excellent service quality.
Work in an international BPO environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively handle difficult customers and escalate issues when necessary.
Meet performance targets set by the company for call handling time, first-call resolution rate, and overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in international calling or similar roles (customer support/handling).
Strong knowledge of international voice processes (US/UK) with ability to adapt quickly to new processes.
Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent; ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as required.
