Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle international voice process calls with a focus on providing timely resolutions and excellent service quality.
  • Work in an international BPO environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively handle difficult customers and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Meet performance targets set by the company for call handling time, first-call resolution rate, and overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in international calling or similar roles (customer support/handling).
  • Strong knowledge of international voice processes (US/UK) with ability to adapt quickly to new processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent; ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as required.
