Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Customer Support Representative. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining communication with customers. The role requires effectively managing and resolving customer issues, documenting interactions, and continuously striving to exceed customer expectations.

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
