As a CSP you will be responsible for the below but not limited to1. Contract Management; Understanding the contract clauses, deliverables and timelines2. Manage billing & InvoicingValidate and raise billing request applicable for the contract.3 Coordinating for AR of the account4. Focus on compliance & documentation - Audit readiness Required education Associate's Degree/College Diploma Required technical and professional expertise 7+ years of relevant experience in Contract managementKnowledge of IBM Billing systems & tools..etcKnowledge of IT skills including experience of working with Excel, Word, PowerPointProven interpersonal/communication and presentation skillsA high level of accuracy and attention to detailHandled workload management skills and an ability to work to deadlinesDemonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and balancing competing priorities Preferred technical and professional experience

Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work

Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
