We are rapidly growing and are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to help us deliver a smooth and satisfying experience to our customers across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media.
• Manage order-related queries, product information, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Track and follow up on customer issues until they are resolved.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics partners for order tracking or delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Share regular feedback with internal teams to improve processes, FAQs, and user experience.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or support role (E-commerce experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Patience, empathy, and problem-solving attitude.
• Familiarity with tools like Shopify, WhatsApp Business, and customer support platforms (like Freshdesk or Zoho Desk) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
