Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Support Executive to join our team in Matunga, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 4 years in customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude.
