Job Title: Customer Support Lead

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

SnickR is a rapidly growing local services platform based in Tirupati, providing trusted home services such as cleaning, electrical work, plumbing, and more. We connect skilled vendors with customers to deliver reliable and timely solutions.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Customer Support Lead to oversee the end-to-end customer interaction journey — from enquiry to service completion. You will play a crucial role in converting leads to orders, managing follow-ups, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Support

  • Source and convert service leads into confirmed orders
  • Handle customer calls for bookings, enquiries, and order tracking
  • Collect and verify customer addresses using map data
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, gather feedback, and maintain service quality
  • Handle rescheduling or escalation requests efficiently

Daily Coordination & Operations

  • Maintain and update Core Status Tracker with all order status
  • Coordinate with the execution team for real-time service updates
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between customers and service providers

Field & Service Support

  • Visit client locations when required for on-site assessment
  • Capture before and after work pictures for verification
  • Provide job estimations, confirm service bookings on the spot
  • Ensure smooth transition from booking to service completion

Daily Targets

  • Minimum 6 to 10 quality calls per day (includes enquiries, follow-ups, rescheduling, and confirmations)
  • Active involvement in daily field updates and order finalization

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support / Field Coordination (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in Telugu and basic English
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Excel
  • Excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities
  • Positive attitude, team player, and ability to handle pressure
