Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from US-based customers regarding telecom services such as billing, plans, and connectivity. Your main tasks will include providing accurate and timely solutions to customer queries while ensuring high satisfaction levels. It will be essential to document customer interactions in the system as per company standards and adhere to call quality and compliance parameters. In addition, you will need to collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and maintain professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction. Qualification Required: - Graduate Fresher or Experienced - HSC + 3 years Diploma - SSC + 3 years Diploma Company Additional Details: The company offers a competitive salary package with an in-hand amount of 18,150/- and a night shift allowance of 4,000/-. The total monthly salary including the night allowance sums up to 22,150/-. The CTC is 20,100/-. Furthermore, the company provides transportation facilities with home pickup and drop services available within specified boundaries. As part of the benefits, Provident Fund is also provided. The work location is in-person. Please ensure you have all your educational marksheets and passing certificates as they are mandatory for this role. This position is full-time and open to freshers seeking employment opportunities. The shift details include working in the US shift from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM within a 9-hour window.
