Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive in the International Voice Process at Infosys BPM in Bangalore, you will be an integral part of the team that serves as a trusted partner to international clients in the financial services space. You will handle international customer queries in a professional manner, providing assistance with investment account-related concerns, product support, and transactions. Working with high-value clients in Investment Banking and Wealth Management, you will record, escalate, and resolve issues using CRM/ticketing tools in a 24x7 high-performance environment. We are looking for immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods who have prior experience in voice-based customer service, especially in the BFSI domain. A good understanding of investment-related terminology and client servicing etiquette is preferred. Fluent English communication skills following international standards are essential, along with knowledge or interest in Investment Banking, Portfolio & Wealth Management. A minimum of 1-4 years of voice process/customer support experience is preferred, with a strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset. Flexibility for night shifts and willingness to work from the office are required.
