Role Description

This is a contract role for a Customer Support International Voice position. The role is hybrid, based in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering technical support, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve issues. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills to handle customers effectively.
