Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve issues effectively and provide accurate information using internal tools.
  • Log all customer interactions and follow up where necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and professional tone in all interactions.


Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a customer support role (voice/non-voice).
  • Strong listening ability and a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM platforms.
