Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and calls in a professional manner
  • Assist clients with basic questions related to digital advertising services
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and queries
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support requests
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
  • Support the team with routine operational and communication tasks


Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good internet knowledge and familiarity with online tools
  • A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is preferred
  • Willingness to learn Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
