*Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in *French / Bengali / Nepali*
* Resolve customer issues in a timely and courteous manner
* Record customer interactions in CRM and follow up until resolution
* Escalate complex issues to higher levels when needed
* Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality of service
*Required Skills / Qualifications:*
* Fluency in speaking and writing *French* or *Bengali* or *Nepali*
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Basic computer & internet skills; ability to use CRM tools
* Patience, empathy, problem-solving orientation
* Previous experience in customer support is a plus
