Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive with prior experience in the chemical industry to manage client inquiries, process orders, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of chemical products, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate between clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries related to chemical products, pricing, and availability. Process sales orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely dispatch of products. Maintain accurate customer records and manage documentation. Coordinate with the sales team, logistics, and production department for smooth operations. Provide after-sales support and resolve complaints or issues promptly. Update customers on new products, offers, and technical information. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in communication and documentation.
