Role & responsibilities Short-form Content (Social-First) Edit high-engagement content like Reels, YouTube Shorts, influencer snippets, and teasers . Use fast-paced transitions, trendy typography, sound syncing, and motion rhythm to drive scroll-stopping impact. Master the art of hooking viewers within the first 3 seconds . Long-form Editing Edit longer-form content for YouTube, campaigns, and branded series , maintaining a consistent tone and narrative flow. Handle log footage with basic color correction and grading aligned with brand aesthetics. Trend & Platform Integration Stay up-to-date with social media trends, viral formats, trending audio , and visual styles. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and bring fresh video concepts to life. Post-production Excellence Perform sound design, music layering, motion enhancements , and final export optimization. Deliver assets tailored to platform-specific formats: 1:1, 9:16, 16:9 . Preferred candidate profile Must-Haves 34 years of video editing experience (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C content).
