Roles & Responsibilities : Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services to provide knowledgeable support. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service quality.
