Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via
international inbound calls.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
Troubleshoot issues related to products/services.
Maintain call logs and update customer information in CRM systems.
Achieve daily/weekly performance and quality targets.
Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times.
Collaborate with internal teams for escalated issues.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (typing, CRM navigation, etc.)
Prior international voice experience is mandatory.

Qualifications:

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Experienced candidates Only.
Must have successful background verification.
Immediate Joiners only.

Working Days:
5 days working
Weekly Off:
2 days rotational off

Salary & Benefits:

Salary:
Up to 30,000 per month
Incentives:
Up to 6,000 based on performance
