Domestic process (Voice) 6 Days workingno cabs and allowanceRotational Shift for boys onlyFor girls day shift only Salary - 25k ctcLocation Sector 60, NoidaGraduate /Undergraduate, both are welcome6 months of experience on doc mandatory Key Responsibilities: Multichannel Support: Respond to member inquiries and requests through phone, email, and chat channels.Provide accurate and timely information regarding Urban Clap memberships, services, and offerings.Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve member issues and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution.Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with members to gather feedback, promote new services, and encourage participation in Urban Club events.Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of member interactions, transactions, and feedback.Update member profiles with relevant information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and resolve member issues.Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and sales teams based on member interactions.Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to customer support standards and guidelines.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in customer support or a related role, preferably in a blended process environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.Familiarity with Urban Clap services and offerings is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of customer interactions.Proficiency in using CRM software.
