Job Description

We are hiring for our US Banking Client and looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and prior experience in a US banking process.

Excellent Communication Skills
Prior experience in US voice process.
1-3 years of experience in US voice programs with excellent communication skills
Handle inbound and outbound calls for US customers, resolve queries, and maintain customer records
Salary range of 3 LPA to 6 LPA
Immediate joiners preferred
Location- Gurgaon
Both side cab and 1 time meal
Excellent Communication Skills

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound and inbound calls for US customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service
Resolve queries and provide accurate information in a professional manner
Meet process targets including call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
Document call details and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
Adapt to process updates and ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies
