Job Title: Customer Support Executive Location: JMD Megapolis, Sector 48, Gurgaon (On-site) Company: Unified Mentor Pvt. Ltd. Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site Only) Salary: ₹15,000/month (during training) + Incentives Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates welcome About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and communicative Customer Support Executive to join our team and ensure a smooth experience for our students. This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities: • Make verification and feedback calls to students • Handle queries via phone, email, and chat • Assist with student documentation and data management • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
