Job Description

Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process . Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls for international clients, resolving queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Mandatory Points Bachelors degree preferred For " freshers " & for " experience " under graduation can also apply . Flexible with night shifts Experience only in International voice process is eligible "EXCELLENT" Communication Required Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via phone calls in a professional manner. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory). Minimum [6 months/1 year] of experience in an international voice process (preferred but not mandatory). Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts. Basic computer literacy MS Office, typing skills, CRM tools. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Sales or upselling experience (for sales process). Technical support knowledge (for tech support process).
