The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide product and service information to customers. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Freshers who have potential in customer support or a similar role can apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
