Job Description

Hiring for domestic banking voice process- Marathahalli, Bangalore.

Role & responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking queries.

Assist customer with account details, transactions, and card-related issues.

Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

Log customer interactions and update the system with relevant details.

Identify and escalate unresolved issue to the appropriate department.

Maintain professional communication throughout the call.

Ensure compliance with banking policies and security guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile:

Fresher/ Experienced candidates are eligible.

Graduation not required.

Language required: MALAYALAM or TAMIL.

Workdays: 6 days a week

Week off: 1 rotational week off.

Shift: Day/ Night rotational shifts.

Skills Required:

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Immediate joiner preferred.

Salary Structure:

CTC- 20,500 per month.

Take Home- 15,500 per month.

Work Location:

Teleperformance in Marathahalli, Bangalore is 3rd floor, DSR SMART WORKS, Varthur Main Rd, Next to SKR Kalyana Mandapam, Silver Springs Layout, Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037
