Job description (Roles and Responsibilities) Provide exceptional client support through phone calls, emails, and chat to resolve client queries and concerns. Manage client complaints and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up on outstanding issues. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation or coordination across multiple departments. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Responsible for managing overall Compliance of Gas Stations with the State Regulatory Authority (SRA) which includes collection of paper work through emails and calls from various stakeholders including Clients and its further submission to SRA. It includes meeting various deadlines, scheduling of testing, repairs, maintenance and analysis of Data. Shift Hours- Based on US time ZoneCandidates must be able to understand and communicate effectively in the American accent(Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in English Punjabi,Hindi ) We need somebody who is professional, Punctual and hardworking. Requirements- Candidate must have : Laptop Power Backup (Mandatory) Wifi (Minimum 40 Mbps)
