Job Description

Job Title: International Customer Support (Voice & Chat)

Job Responsibilities:

Provide customer support through email, chat, and phone calls.
Handle international customers' queries and concerns professionally.
Resolve issues promptly and efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and targets.
