Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team and provide outstanding service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels. Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with product/service inquiries, complaints, billing issues, and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams or senior staff. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Stay updated with company products, services, and policies. Meet personal/team performance targets and customer service KPIs.
