Customer Support Executive - Punjabi Speakers

You will be joining an ambitious team at TruckX, a leading Bay Area start-up in the Trucking and Telematics industry. As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and growth, supporting more than 90,000 customers already. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support to clients based in the US - Demonstrating excellent customer handling skills - Enhancing customer support through in-depth product knowledge - Understanding and assessing customer needs - Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and optimizing time management - Delivering accurate and complete information using appropriate methods/tools - Meeting customer service call handling quotas - Handling customer queries and complaints, offering timely solutions and alternatives - Following up with customers as necessary for issue resolution - Maintaining records of customer interactions and managing customer accounts The ideal candidate for this role would: - Be proficient in Punjabi for effective communication - Possess excellent English communication skills - Demonstrate confidence, persistence, and good presentation skills - Be a quick learner with a passion for customer support - Have a self-motivated, results-driven approach - Exhibit proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) Joining TruckX offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be a part of a bootstrap start-up that covers both software and hardware aspects.
