We are looking for a dynamic Customer Experience Associate to provide exceptional service and support throughout the customer journey.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer service and improve overall client experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Support clients from initial inquiry through post-purchase experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year to 5 year of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, customer service)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing prompt and effective solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
