Tele Caller Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a confident and result-oriented Tele Caller Executive to manage outbound and inbound calls for our Jewelry & Diamond business catering to USA-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to USA-based buyers, wholesalers, and jewelry retailers
• Handle inbound inquiries related to loose diamonds, matching pairs, and jewelry products
• Introduce company offerings and explain diamond specifications (cut, color, clarity, carat)
• Follow up with existing clients and warm leads
• Generate new business leads and maintain a client database
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for order processing
• Maintain accurate call logs, client feedback, and follow-up schedules
• Build long-term relationships with international customers
• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support
• Knowledge of diamonds, jewelry, or gemstones is a strong advantage
• Comfortable working in evening/night shifts (USA time zone)
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, email, Excel)
• Ability to handle international clients professionally
