Job Summary:We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Currency Delivery) to manage doorstep delivery of foreign currency and forex cards to customers. The role involves ensuring timely and secure deliveries, completing KYC verification, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:Safely deliver foreign currency and forex cards to customers at their location. Verify customer identity and complete KYC documentation during delivery. Handle cash responsibly and ensure compliance with company policies. Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams for smooth delivery execution. Provide basic information and support to customers regarding Niyo’s forex services. Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure proper documentation of each transaction. Ensure timely and professional communication with customers. Adhere to all security and regulatory guidelines related to currency handling. Eligibility Criteria:Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, delivery, or banking/forex operations. Must Have: Two-wheeler (Bike) Valid Driving License (DL) CIBIL Score above 750 (for trust and financial responsibility) Skills: Good communication skills (English & local language).
