We are hiring for Customer support Executive, Company:Kiya.ai Client : Vivriti Capital Limited Position : Jr. Analyst & Day shift role Exp. : 0 -1 year CTC : 3.4 LPA Location : Chennai Preferable:Female Interested candidates drop ur resume to saarumathi.r@kiya.ai Job Summary : We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, providing support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Prior experience in a credit bureau or financial services environment is a strong advantage. Requirement responsibilities : Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Experience: Prior experience in a Credit Bureau or related financial service is an added advantage. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure. Must be comfortable working from the office 6 days a week . Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound calls from customers and address inquiries efficiently and professionally. Provide accurate information related to services and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
