International Technical Customer Support Executive

Location

Shift & Work Details

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Provide international technical support to customers via inbound calls.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including printer configuration and setup.

2. Deliver real-time technical assistance with a customer-focused approach.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Any Graduate / Under Graduate can apply.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Experience:

Minimum 1+ year experience in International Customer Support (preferred).

2-Way Cab Facility (Up to 35 KM)

5 Days Working Saturday & Sunday Off

Package

Experienced : 3.5 LPA

Freshers: 3 LPA

Note : Career Gap should not be more than 2 Years
