Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Executive, located in the Greater Delhi Area with work from home flexibility. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing online and technical support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include addressing customer issues promptly, coordinating with different departments to resolve problems, and continually improving the customer service experience.


Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in Online Support and Technical Support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
