Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat with clarity and empathy. Ensure prompt resolution of issues and maintain high customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback. Use advanced Excel tools for reporting and analysis (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution. Assist with invoice submission and conduct regular collection follow-ups. Support improvement initiatives across the support function.
