Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and concerns through voice, email, or chat support
Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer issue.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional service delivery Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated matters. Meet individual and team performance targets consistently
Required Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass or any Graduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, or similar)Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written)0-1 year of experience in customer support or related field
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Flexibility to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational weekly offs
Immediate availability to join (notice period should not exceed 10 days)
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
